A general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of five specifications of maltreatment and three specifications of indecent exposure, in violation of Articles 93 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 USC §§ 893 and 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for forty-two months, and reduction to E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged.
