A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of cruelty and maltreatment (3 specifications), rape, sodomy (3 specifications), indecent assault, unlawful entry, fraternization, and kidnapping, in violation of Articles 93, 120, 125, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 USC §§ 893, 920, 925, and 934, respectively.
