Plaintiffs Michael Houlihan and Virginia Loughman bring this purported class action against defendants UnumProvident Corporation, Unum Life Insurance Company of America, First Unum Life Insurance Company and Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company (collectively, “Unum”).
