The issue for resolution is whether plaintiff Karen E. Dillon is entitled to recover $837,000 from each of two different life insurance policies issued by defendant Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MetLife”) to plaintiff’s late husband Jack Dillon. MetLife has now moved for summary judgment in its favor.
