On July 29, 2011, the Plaintiff Michael Callari (“the Plaintiff’), individually and on behalf of other persons similarly situated, commenced this action against the Defendants Blackman Plumbing Supply, Inc. (“BPS”), Richard Blackman (“Blackman”) and John Does # 1-10.
