Stewart-Warner Corporation, a Virginia corporation with its principal place of business in Chicago, Illinois, appeals from a judgment of the district court in an action for patent infringement brought by George T. Hemmeter and Bishman Manufacturing Company, a Minnesota corporation, as the owner and exclusive licensee, respectively, of United States Letters Patent No. 3,094,003.
