Plaintiff, after permission granted, has appealed from an order of the trial court requiring that he proceed separately against certain defendants. The action is to recover damages plaintiff sustained as a result of a series of collisions involving a truck owned by plaintiff and trucks separately owned by two defendants. Plaintiff contends that the .liability of the defendants is a joint liability, and that he is entitled to a joint judgment against them.
