This action was commenced to recover for personal injuries claimed to have been caused by negligence on the part of the defendant in driving his automobile wherein the plaintiff was riding as an invited guest. The plaintiff at the time of the accident was riding in the front seat of the automobile with the defendant, and plaintiff’s wife and child and defendant’s wife were riding in the rear seat of the automobile.
