The National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) petitions pursuant to § 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 160(e) (1982), for enforcement of two orders requiring the Springfield Hospital Corp. (the “Hospital”), inter alia, to bargain with the New England Health Care Employees Union, District 1199, National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees, AFL-CIO (the “Union”), as the representative of its technical employees.
