Plaintiff Rauf Diwan filed an amended complaint against defendants Emerging Markets Partnership Global Administration, LLC (“EMPG”), and Emerging Markets Partnership VI, LLC, alleging he was wrongfully terminated as the CEO of Emerging Markets Partnership Bahrain (“EMP Bahrain”) in violation of public policy.
