MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs in this action are Eugene Moats (“Moats”), individually and as a representative of Local 25, Service Employees International Union (“Union”), and two members of the Union, Vivian Crawford (“Crawford”) and Cindy Ann Young (“Young”).
