This is an original action in this court commenced and conducted under the provisions of sections 4105 to 4109, inclusive, O. O. S. 1921. On May 2, 1927, the following order was entered by this court:

“In the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma. The State of Oklahoma ex rel. Edwin Dabney, Attorney General, Petitioner, v. Hugh A. Ledbetter, Respondent. No. 18323.
