Defendant-Appellant Gary McIntosh (“McIntosh”), proceeding pro se, appeals from a May 6, 2011, judgment of conviction and sentence of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Block, /.). McIntosh was convicted after a jury trial on one count of assault'on a federal officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111(a) (“Count One”).
