Florence Mumaugh sued E. Robitaille, administrator of the estate of Alfred Mudeater, deceased, in the district court of Ottawa county on a claim for services rendered to the deceased, Alfred Mudeater, as housekeeper and nurse. The trial court rendered judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $270, and defendant has ap -' pealed. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
