This case involves claims for unemployment compensation by union employees of the appellants who became unemployed as a result of a labor dispute in 1972.
Following complex administrative procedures and decisions, both employees and appellants-employers appealed a referee’s decision partially allowing and disallowing various union employee unemployment benefit claims to the respondent California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
