MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs Mica Saint-Jean, Guerline Bourciquot, and Marie Dorlus have brought claims against defendant District of Columbia (“D.C.”) under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 207, et seq., the D.C. Whistleblower Protection Act (“WPA”), D.C.Code § 1-615.51, et seq., and local statutory and common law arising from an alleged scheme which required them to pay kickbacks to their supervisor in order to receive overtime assignments.
