Introduction

In the published portion of this opinion, we hold that a personal injury liability clause does not provide coverage for a cause of action for disparagement of title or slander of title brought against the insured. In the unpublished portion of this opinion, we find that under the circumstances of this case, the insurers did not waive their right to assert lack of coverage and to withdraw from defending the insured, and they were not estopped from doing so.
