Defendant, Frank Wesley Fawn, Jr., appeals his convictions on four counts of corruption of a minor (R.C. 2907.04).
The victim, a thirteen-year-old girl, testified that she had engaged in sexual intercourse with defendant, who was about thirty-five years of age. Concerning the earliest incident with which defendant was charged (count four), she testified that she and her friend, Robin, were staying overnight at the apartment of the victim’s sister sometime during May 1982 and were sitting on the living room couch when defendant, who was the sister’s live-in boyfriend, came in about 2:30 a.m.,…
