OPINION
DEBEVOISE, Senior District Judge.
Plaintiff MCI Telecommunications Corporation (“MCIT”) moves to dismiss counterclaims raised by defendant Graphnet, Inc. (“Graphnet”). For the reasons which follow, the motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
BACKGROUND
Graphnet is a licensed telecommunications carrier providing services including domestic and international telex transmission, specialized messaging, electronic mail, data communications and facilities management.
