The plaintiff, Rosalie Zanoni, appeals from the trial court’s granting of the defendant conservator’s motions for directed verdict.1 The plaintiffs first *34claims on appeal are that the trial court improperly shielded the defendant from liability for breach of contract and for unjust enrichment and conversion.
