The plaintiff, Leo Bombalicki, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying his request for injunctive relief as to the first count of his complaint and directing a verdict on the second count in favor of the defendants, Nicholas Pastore, the former chief of the police department of the city of New Haven, the city of New Haven (city) and the board of police commissioners of the city of New Haven (board).
