Plaintiff Jeanette Ingrassia brings this employment discrimination action against Defendants Health'& Hospital Corporation (“HHC”), the City of New York, and Elmhurst Hospital. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants discriminated against her on the *714basis of age and gender in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VIP), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 28 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
