I. INTRODUCTION
Pro se plaintiff Alma E. Wheeler commenced this action against defendant Bank of New York Mellon (“BNY”) pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Dkt. No. 1 (“Complaint”). Presently before the Court is BNY’s motion to dismiss. Dkt. No. 13 (“Motion”); see also Dkt. No. 13-3 (“Memorandum”). Wheeler opposes the Motion, Dkt.
