Action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff by reason of the alleged negligence of defendants.
It appears that at about 5 o’clock in the afternoon of August 17, 1953, the defendant Burton Edwards, who had stopped his 1940 Chevrolet pickup truck on the inside northbound lane of United States Highway 101, with the intention of making a left turn, was hit from the rear by an automobile operated by one Robert T.
