I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant Mary Elizabeth Harrison appeals her conviction for driving while intoxicated. After the trial court denied her motion to suppress, Harrison pleaded guilty pursuant to a plea agreement with the State. In accordance with the agreement, the trial court sentenced her to 180 days in jail, probated for two years, and imposed a $550 fine.
