This malpractice action was brought- against Dr. John Fetzer and Dr. Joseph Donald Sheets, osteopathic physicians, by Elizabeth K. Dark and Vincent Dark, her husband.

• In- the early part of March, 1960, plaintiff, Elizabeth K. Dark, consulted Dr. John Fetzer in his- professional capacity as an osteopathic physician. Plaintiff had previously received treatment from another physician for cancer of the cervix and upon examination, defendant Fetzer found it necessary to -perform a “radical Wertheim hysterectomy.” This operation was performed on March 7, 1960, and resulted in the successful…
