On November 9, 1929, plaintiff’s application for compensation on account of the death of her husband was denied by the Industrial Commission. The commission found (1) that the death of applicant’s husband was the result of a “suspected cerebral hemorrhage,” (2) that the evidence does not disclose “that he died as the result of an accident,” (8) that “the applicant has not sustained the burden of proving that the death of her husband was the result of an accident.” As a result of such findings the commission “concluded that the applicant’s claim for compensation should be denied,” and it was…
