MEMORANDUM OPINION
AMY BERMAN JACESON, District Judge.
Plaintiff Billo Diaby brought this action against Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”), American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (“AHMSI”), Howard Bierman, Jacob Geesing, and Carrie Ward (collectively “defendants”). Defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. According to plaintiff himself, “Defendants disparage the Complaint as a poorly drafted, last-ditch effort to stop foreclosure; and they may be right about that.” PL’s Opp. to Mot. to Dismiss at 2.
