WESTERFIELD, Judge!

This is a suit for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiffs, Mrs. Gertrude Hart, wife of Johrt W. Shannon and Mrs. Amelia Shropshire, wife of Eustace J. Guernsey, as a result of a collision between a taxicab in which they were riding and a La Salle automobile driven by E. S. Gilmore. Mrs. Guernsey sues for $4,932.05, of which amount $432.05 is alleged to have been the cost of medical services and hospital expenses.
