Plaintiff sues for compensation for damages to his Buick automobile caused by a collision with a Packard automobile owned by the defendant Sherman Pardue, and at the time of the accident driven by the defendant William Banker. He asks for judgment in so-lido against both defendants.

Prom a judgment as prayed for in the sum of $212, defendants have appealed.
