This suit is brought by E. Clint Hamilton for himself and for the benefit of his interdicted wife, Mrs. Beth Gayle Hamilton. The amount of damages claimed is $21,355, itemized in the amount of $3,464.05 for expenses and the remainder for pain and suffering and permanent injuries. The defendants in this case are Elmo P. Lee, the owner of the automobile with which the collision occurred and which was being driven by Miss Beth Lee, his minor daughter, and the New Amsterdam Casualty Company, which carries a liability policy upon the Lee car in the amount of $10,000 and a property damage thereon…
