This suit results from an intersectional collision between an automobile owned by the plaintiff, Walter Epps, and driven by his minor son, Earl Epps, and a motor truck belonging to the Standard Supply Hardware Company, driven by its employee, Roy L. Schilling, in the course of his employment. The accident occurred on July 3, 1940, at about 4:15 p.m., at the corner of Josephine and Constance Streets, in the City of New Orleans.
