The questions involved: (1) "Whether or not the clerk of the Superior Court, with the approval of the judge, resident or presiding, has the power to direct and order a guardian to purchase a home in the name of the ward and for the sole use of a dependent of said ward, under the provisions of section 2202 (13), of the North Carolina Code of 1935 (Michie).
