MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HATFIELD, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Iowa Mutual Insurance Company, instituted the present declaratory judgment action seeking a declaration of its rights and liabilities under an automobile liability insurance policy. On February 2, 1987, the court initially granted summary judgment in favor of defendants Davis and Beck with respect to the principal claim asserted by the plaintiff.
