MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAVIDSON, District Judge.
To a producer, a film is more than the sum of its parts. Each decision reflects his or her work, so that the parts become a coherent and, in this case, prize-winning whole. 1 But what, if any, are the rights of participants who give the work spirit and validity? How much control should they have on the way their contribution is projected?
