This is an action by a tenant against a landlord pursuant to Public Acts 1983, No. 83-510 (General Statutes § Fla-lAa).1 The trial court, A. Aronson, J., sua sponte, dismissed the action for want of jurisdiction of the subject matter. The plaintiff has appealed.
