GADOLA, District Judge.

Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand [docket entry 3]. For the reasons set forth below, the Court will grant in part and deny in part Plaintiffs’ motion.

This case essentially involves a dispute related to the negotiation and performance of two construction contracts. Pursuant to these contracts, Plaintiffs were to design, manufacture, and install a conveyor system at a General Motors assembly facility in Silao, Mexico.
