This is an appeal from a judgment for damages in an action for conversion growing out of the wrongful delivery of household goods to an officer upon a writ of attachment by a warehouseman with whom the goods had been stored. ;

The plaintiff is the wife of C. U. Branch, to whom she was married in June, 1917. They were living in a rented house at number 855 Ridgewood Place, Hollywood. The household goods and personal effects which are involved in this action were the separate property of the plaintiff, having been acquired by her prior to her marriage. The appellant is a…
