BURDICK, Justice.

Appellant Trilogy Networks Systems, Inc. (Trilogy) appeals the district court decision denying it damages and attorney fees after it prevailed on its breach of contract claim at trial. We affirm.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Respondent David Johnson was employed by Trilogy. After Johnson terminated his employment with Trilogy, Trilogy instituted a lawsuit against Johnson.
