As one of the trustees and as the attorney for the testamentary trust created by decedent, appellant and his cotrustee in January, 1952, filed the first account current of the trust and presented their claim for trustee’s fees. Also, at the same time appellant filed his ex parte petition for allowance of attorney’s fees in the amount of $12,000 for services alleged to have been performed for the trust.
