SOBELOFF, Chief Judge.

Northern Virginia Steel Corporation petitions the court to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board finding it guilty of violations of section 8(a) (1), (3) and (5) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a) (1), (3) and (5). The order contains the usual directive to offer reinstatement to certain discharged employees and unfair labor practice strikers, and to cease and desist from refusing to bargain with the Union and interfering with its employees’ right to organize.
