The relator Elsie Littig seeks a writ of prohibition to enjoin further proceedings pursuant to an order to show cause dated January 7, 1939. The order was issued in an action in the superior court of Dane county in which the relator was the plaintiff and Lawrence Littig was the defendant. In that action a judgment for divorce and the payment of alimony to the relator was entered on June 8, 1934; and on June 30, 1938, the court modified the judgment by ordering a division of property in lieu of further alimony.
