This is a suit for an accounting and winding up of the affairs of a partnership. The parties entered into a contract of partnership to engage in the sheep business in November, 1920. They are agreed that the venture was to continue for an indefinite time; that the plaintiff was to have an undivided half interest in the business, receive one half the profits and bear one half the losses and that the two defendants, who are father and son, were together to have a lite interest and liability in the concern.
