George Munley, Marvin Barnett, and Russell Swiatek filed a complaint against their former employer, Bemis Company, Inc. (“Bemis” or “Appellee”) asserting claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”), N.J. Stat. Ann. § 10:5-1 et seq.
