Plaintiff instituted this action to recover certain real estate commissions allegedly due from defendants. Plaintiff’s first amended complaint contains six causes of action, in the first of which it was alleged that plaintiff is a licensed real estate broker and on or about October 17, 1952, entered into a written agreement with defendants under the terms of which plaintiff was authorized and empowered to sell for and on behalf of defendants certain real property.
