OPINION
IRENAS, District Judge:
Plaintiffs in these consolidated actions 1 are all past or present employees of the United States Postal Service (“the Postal Service”). 2 They bring state law design defect and failure to warn claims alleging that Multiple Position Letter Sorting Machines (“MPLSM”) used by the Postal Service and manufactured by Burroughs Corporation (“Burroughs”), to which defendant Unisys Corporation (“Unisys”) is successor-in-interest, caused them repetitive stress injuries (“RSIs”).
