MEMORANDUM ORDER
BUA, District Judge.
Before the Court is defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ complaint for compensatory damages. Plaintiffs allege numerous theories of recovery, including violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c); the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b) (the 1934 Act); the Securities Act of 1933 (the 1933 Act), 15 U.S.C. § 77q(a); and the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Practices Act, I2IV2 Ill.Rev.Stat. § 262 (1985). Plaintiffs also allege common law fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
