THIS CAUSE is before the court upon defendant FSC Securities Corporation’s motion to dismiss (DE # 16-1, 16-2). Plaintiffs Charles D. Medalie and Janet Medalie were solicited from late 1984 until February 1985 by George Bliss, a representative of FSC, to purchase investments in limited partnerships.
