American Standard Insurance Company of Wisconsin, a member of the American Family Insurance Group (American Standard) appeals a judgment requiring American Standard to indemnify its insured, Todd Brockman, for the personal payment of $40,000 made to the plaintiff, Jeffrey Voigt, in exchange for a release of liability involving an automobile accident.
