DECISION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR DECLARATORY RELIEF

This is an action for declaratory relief and damages in which Plaintiff Basler Turbo Conversions, LLC, (“BTC”) seeks a determination of its rights, as well as proceeds due, under a policy of insurance issued by Defendant Houston Casualty Company (“HCC”). Specifically, BTC claims that a series of thefts it sustained between January and July of 2007 constitutes a single occurrence within the meaning of the policy such that it owes only one $5,000 deductible.
